Have made many purchases from Rogers & Hollands and had been satisfied, until our last purchase of a diamond ring for my wife. Had so many problems, sent ring out to be sized they switched the ring sent back with inferior diamonds, numerous times. Over a 3 month period they had the ring more than we did. Finally received a ring to discover my wife was allergic to it. It was white gold which we were told is the same as gold but it is not! My wife is allergic to the metals they put in to make white. Well, I won't say that I'll never buy with you again, 'Cause, maybe, to save the world, I probably would, But that won't likely happen, And if it did, I wouldn't bring my jewelry 'Cause you'd just go and break it, Into a thousand pieces, Just like you broke my heart

Poor quality and poor service. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND ISSUES at R&H and I've not even been engaged for 2 months. My wonderful fiance bought me an engagement ring at R&H. Within THREE weeks of proposing to me, the center diamond fell out! Thank goodness, my fiance bought an insurance policy, so the diamond could be replaced.
