Poor quality and poor service. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND ISSUES at R&H and I've not even been engaged for 2 months. My wonderful fiance bought me an engagement ring at R&H. Within THREE weeks of proposing to me, the center diamond fell out! Thank goodness, my fiance bought an insurance policy, so the diamond could be replaced.
