I’m a longstanding customer. With a cottage close to the ocean winds, I’ve learned to get the roof looked after high wind storms or just high winds. This time it was a small leak in a place where we didn’t have leaks before. I would tell your crews two things. First, I would have appreciated a call explaining where the leak was and what was done, rather than just seeing it on the invoice. Second, in this day when many cottages have security cameras, tell the crews that public urination stays in the cloud forever.

What a great crew! Gallop Roofing has assembled a great team, from sales to installation! Gallop did a fantastic job. The communication was good. The work done is done very well, can't even tell there is a patch. The workers were very kind and cleaned up everything. Will definitely use them when I get my new roof!
