This company is the worse. I truely beliveve they don’t fight for their Clients. Never returned calls. You the one who hurt emotionally scared due to being in a accident and when it come to compensation u get pennies compare to what they get. I’m so unhappy with my experience with this company by the way I have two cases.
I have been very disappointed with the poor quality of service I have received from this firm. It's been a year and still no concern, consideration or progress. I guess since I'm in San Antonio my case is not that important. I will NEVER utilize this company for anything in the future. Talk about dragging their feet, smh... a complete waste of my time.
Laura Hernandez sat on my case against Katy ISD (TEA) for two months as she informed her friends at the school district about my case. Attorney Dana Gray never asked questions about the accident. She dismissed my case and didn't try to fight for me and my son. I'm still going to therapy. You might want to get some raid to exterminate your Houston Branch, along with Laura Hernandez and the other corrupt roaches in that office. Dana Gray is a paper pushing attorney. To say that i am dissatisfied would be an understatement. As long as this case has been going on .. Not once have i actually spoken with the attorney's Godsey or Martin as their advertisement states if you're NOT satisfied.. As I've requested several times. Nor have i spoken with the " other " attorney handling my case... So disappointed in these individuals
Horrible experience. Referred my case out after over 6 months getting nowhere. Do not understand reason. Very clear cut case, got hit from behind at a stop sign and suffered back and neck injury. This law firm failed greatly.
This law firm is not good at all i stuggled for 4 mounths got put out my apartment all cuz a driver broke my leg these people did every thing to make my bills hi. The when they got the check omg took them a mouth and still no money been given to me lost my job lost my apartment and broke at the moment asked for a loan they said no to a 200$ loan so i could at least eat. I went through their services over a year and a half ago and they still haven't gotten me my settlement money.
Not good; poor case management and follow through.
Not satisfied; I had to... find the clinic to start my medical treatment (becasue Yasenia didn't know, waited 4 days), get my own medical records from the hospital for the clinic (Yasenia never sent consent), get a copy of the accident report myself to give to the insurance co (Yasenia said it wasn't ready yet for the 3rd wk--while I'm looking at the report in my hand).
