I will never use them again. Not only did they get me for 12,000 dollars in fees to them but the agent was not very friendly and didn’t seem to care much about our case. We got hit by a towing company and only see. Our settlement totaled about 34,000 after fees, I seen 3,000 and my husband 8,000 out it. I will never suggest or go with them again. After telling us we had to go to all these doctors they made us pay for it in the end nevertheless I’m still hurt.
I must say that my experience started out positive Kenneth Smith was easy to work with my case was assigned to an Attorney by the name of Ryan, this has taken almost 5 years of pain and suffering continuous medical bills , promises etc and year ago 13 hr Deposition to sit in a meditation 2 months ago and be offered what I make yearly in my job after attorney fees more than likely my take $20,000, with my insurance from my job to repair my leg. My case was not managed timely or professionally. The case worker Yvonne Wyatt was rude and condescending and not honest in her communications with me. I withdrew my case.
I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with this firm. When I first started I was speaking with Isis and she promised I would always be kept up to date and she would call me every 3-6 weeks. It’s now been almost 5 months and have not received a single phone call from anyone! I’ve been sending emails numerous times and not one reply. This is my first experience with a car accident. It is very scary and it made me very unsure. I called Godsey Martin and told them the situation and what Progressive had offered. They took my case and in the beginning things were good. I was getting a call from Priscilla every two weeks. This company does not care about the people they serve you are just a number if you really hurt avoid them. They always give you the run around. The whack Drs they sent you took a joke they refuse to give me my medical records which I think is illegal but tell me get them from the lawyer and even after I settle it's been a year later i can't get my medical records there are lawyers that don't have commercials that charge half the price of them and show you more care.
this is the second time I have tried to reach out to this firm and the service is bad. I have requested several times that mr.godsey or mr. martin contact me in reguards to an accicdent and they always say there not available I don't understand why I cant talk to the owners of the firm. if one of yall are reading this please reach out to me a.s.a.p. robin hallman is my name and my contact info was left online
