My caseworker, Sharde was a Blessing to me and my family.With times the way they are right now I needed someone to get on my case and get it completed. Sharde was diligent and informative since she’s been on my case. She’s professional and keeps her word to return calls. Godsey Martin made a great choice when they brought her on the team.
**Poor Communication & Responsive Level** Got in touch with Godsey's firm based on the interesting commercial I saw online at the time that I was involved in a vehicle accident that resulted in personal injury. Its been over a year now and case is still pending without a positive outcome from the litigation team I was assigned to. Communication is absolutely poor and as I write, I am not even sure the current status of my case.
I'm writing this review because I am not satisfied with the level of customer service that I receive from my representative here. it all started back in April when I received the call from a representative letting me know that my case was in the negotiation stage and that I would hear from her within two weeks as far as an answer. Do not deal with this law firm they are criminals stilling from their own clients! I been dealing with godsey Martin for 3 years and I'm still not happy or satisfied with the service I have been receiving! Godsey Martin takes almost 50% of your money after they so call get your bills reduced, without giving any billing statements or anything that show facts! Every client to them is just a number! I am so sad to see all these terrible reviews after the fact. This law firm is definitely hyped up when it shouldn't be. They are great up until after you signed a contract then they literally disappear. I thought it was because of the whole pandemic and all but clearly it just made it even more worse. I will never use them again. Not only did they get me for 12,000 dollars in fees to them but the agent was not very friendly and didn’t seem to care much about our case. We got hit by a towing company and only see. Our settlement totaled about 34,000 after fees, I seen 3,000 and my husband 8,000 out it. I will never suggest or go with them again. After telling us we had to go to all these doctors they made us pay for it in the end nevertheless I’m still hurt.
I must say that my experience started out positive Kenneth Smith was easy to work with my case was assigned to an Attorney by the name of Ryan, this has taken almost 5 years of pain and suffering continuous medical bills , promises etc and year ago 13 hr Deposition to sit in a meditation 2 months ago and be offered what I make yearly in my job after attorney fees more than likely my take $20,000, with my insurance from my job to repair my leg.
