My bf and i got the branzino and the special pasta made in the cheese wheel. Branzino was delicious but the side carrots were cold. The pasta was underwhelming. wine selection was excellent.
Excellent food and service, carbonara and cheese wheel are top notch from a couple recently back from Rome.
Great happy hour. The staff was friendly and the Roman Empress cocktail was on point

The server seemed cold. No smile, but perhaps b/c being new. the workers seemed intent on their work, so much so that they did not give a relaxed ambiance. A more relaxed, happy appearing staff would help. Everything else is fantastic!
We were seated outside, so I can’t really speak on the ambience portion. I can only speak for it outdoors. The folded pizza was delicious.

The food, the ambiance, and the service were phenomenal. 5 stars all around! Little Italy is very competitive with the dining options so we chose Roman Wolves because of their cheese wheel pasta. The brand storytelling was on point, the service staff was all dressed very sharply, and the presentation from start to finish was excellent.
