Overall, very very easy. Ron and his team do all the heavy lifting. I have done quite a few home loans and refinances, and in my opinion Ron is the best in the business. He has a great understanding of the available products and is terrific at presenting options to meet the client's goals. Highly recommend.

We have used Ron to buy 2 houses in the last couple of years. Ron is an excellent communicator and focused on setting us up in the best possible way. He has given us multiple scenarios to think about while also giving input on what may work best. Ron made our re-fi experience go very smoothly. He was professional without feeling distant, took the time to answer my many questions, and overall made me feel very at ease throughout the process. I drug me feet for some time waiting for one more drop in interest rates, and Ron remained patient and responded in very short order each time I reached out to him.
