Ron assisted our team in an investment property cash purchase and refinance. Ron and his team did a great job in keeping the process moving and meeting deadlines. Ron communicated information with his staff so that our team could communicate with anyone at the office. Nothing seemed to get lost in translation. Ended up cancelling getting our Approval because we weren't being kept up to date on the progress. Couldn't get calls returned, would email most communication even when I asked for a call.
