We’re from Chicago suburbs, grew up on Rosati’s ..it was just about 1/2 mile from us and Friday night was fright night video and Rosati’s pizza. It’s amazing after 25+ years the taste is pretty much the same..one of the best things about Rosati’s is the cheese..there is no other like it!

So delicious and the recipe hasn’t changed since I was a kid in Chicago. That’s a long, long time ago.
