Ill say this....i LOVE rosatis! I used to eat their pizza in Chicago burbs all the time, and I have had it from 1 or 2 locations here and it has been just as good! This was probably the worst meal i've ever had dining out. I walk in, the lady that's suppose to be behind the register is in a booth on her phone. takes my order still being on the phone. I ordered a chicken parm pasta plate w penne and the plate came out full of mush. the pasta was so undercooked it broke apart by simply trying to stab it with my fork. The 'chicken parm' taste like it came out of a freezer bag. I should have read the reviews before coming in, save yourself some money and go elsewhere.

Old and run down. Online and door stickers say they are open at 11 but it's more like whenever someone shows up for work. Ordered food online as they said they were open at 11. Called and called no answer went and checked the door at 11:30 and the doors were locked still and no one home.

Got there a few mins after our food was supposed to be ready and waited an extra 15 mins for the food. Whatever, annoying, but it happens. The place inside was playing some random Indian techno music that didn't fit the vibe of the pizza place at all. So if that's your vibe, go for it! DISGUSTING N DISAPPOINTING. Wait time was 20 mins, I arrived at 20 min n ended up waiting in lobby for 40min! Pizza was cold as a mf n tasted horrible, asked for extra cheese and got no extra cheese. The breaded mushrooms were soaked in water so something NASTY, very mushy. Never ever again. Waste of money

Truly 0 Stars! Confirmation said 30 min. But it was actually 60. I asked for a white pizza and they forgot to put the olive and garlic base. And it was cold by the time I got home. Granted I live in the neighborhood that connects to the shopping center. And the breaded mushrooms were so watery...YUCK

Worst Pizza Experience Ever - Save Your Money! Wow. I've been on the hunt for a pizza place I could fall in love with, but this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Honestly, gas station pizza is better than what I got here. I ordered a slice. Simple enough, right? But it wasn't in the warmer up front. Instead, the employee disappeared into the back for a few minutes and came out with something that should've never been served. I ordered here despite the bad reviews because I thought maybe I wouldn't experience it, but I did. I ended up ordering another pizza for delivery from a different location and the service was just as bad - my delivery was set for 45 minutes but came 2 hours later, I received the wrong pizza, and it wasn't fresh despite the location being 1.5 miles away.
