I'm really surprised how many low ratings this location has received. We order from here almost weekly and have never had one issue. Brandon is the definition of amazing customer service! He's cheerful when he answers the phone, is always giving suggestions and helping out with my large orders. The food is consistent...perfect, hot and delicious! This is our pizza place and I recommend it to everyone I talk to! Definitely give it a chance!

This pizza place is definitely my top favorite and it always does so good. Their pizzas are always well prepared and their staff is friendly, especially on phones. I don't mind the wait times because they do get busy. The negative reviews are really skewed and don't show the true positives about this place. They're quick to judge and say negative things, and not many tell the good things. If you're looking for a big pizza to be able to feed a lot of people, it's definitely worth the price. I don't know where all the complaints are coming from either. We got a terrific pizza here! Anyway the young man with the beard said they had a wave of problems but had straightened them out. I saw no problem here at all with the pizza. I got a copy of the menu and looked it over, did the math... Price/ pizza radius squared (the lower the # the better the deal). This location is not run like the true Rosati's and they do not offer fresh made pizza, this is boxed pizza, and it is nasty I'm so annoyed that I wasted my money. I didn't realize the ownership changed until after I had placed my order online and then went in to pick-up. It's terrible and the new owners barely speak any english, they are ruining the rosati's brand name. Whatever they have going on in the back is not good and someone needs to i spect this location.
