Someone in our house orders at least once a week. Great food. Great prices. Awesome deals.
The chicken parmigiana was terrible. Chicken was stringy and the noodles were terribly cooked. The spaghetti and meatballs dish was no better over cooked noodles and frozen meatballs.
The manager on today either needs customer service training or to be fired
I understand if you don’t have an item. Especially now. But why wait 45 minutes before calling (we had delivery). By the time the call was over we had waited an hour. Now we have an additional 45 minutes to wait. So when the store called I ordered something else because the item I want isn’t available. If it was just me I would have canceled the whole order. I order a Classic Combo (Pizza) and a sub through a delivery company. 30 minutes after the order is placed I received a text message saying that they canceled the order. I call and inquire why they canceled the order, the person on the phone was so rude - definitely lacking customer service, informed me that they didn't have the Classic Combo (Pizza) so I asked if the alternative solution to canceling my order might be to call me and asking if I would prefer a substitution might be a better business practice?
