The management is awful, submitted an order on door dash and asked for regular pizza sauce not chunky and also asked for ranch with the garlic bread. When I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager he said yea I'm sorry I see were you ordered it but we didn't make it right. He offered 10% to which I declined as I wanted what I ordered. The absolute worst customer service and management. We have ordered here three times and every time our pizza was made incorrect. We tried placing an order yesterday around 5pm to pick up at 6 and they refused to take the order in advance and said call back later as there was only a 20 minute wait. Call back 20 minutes later and they refused to take a coupon that was valid and said pickup would now be 45 minutes. I ordered food from this restaurant and the food was absolutely horrible. I could not eat it. Threw the food away.
Please avoid this place on weekends.. have been waiting in the store for over an hour for lasagna and 2 salads.. definite waste of my time..

I went there for the first time today just after 11AM. People were standing inside working but the front door was locked? So I went next-door to the 7th St. cafe and had a pretty good sandwich.
