Recommendedthe hands down winner of best pizza ever. thought it was gone forever when I left far far northwest Chicago suburbs..I traveled 3hrs to see if this pizza is the same....IT IS.... just as fabulous as I always remember....I truly can't say enough good things about Rosati's.
Yes the food takes 45mins+ to make, its fresh made to order and well worth it. Delivery times are right from the oven to your door and we have always enjoyed the food from this store.
I would recommend simply because the food is very good if done right. However the customer service needs work. My experience with a wrong order (right ticket on box-wrong pizza in the box) I heard the blonde girl working front very loudly complain to cooks it’s not her fault and she shouldn’t have to check boxes. I did not get an apology until after waiting over and hour to get the correct pizza even after driving back in to return the pizza they said. I've had delivery 2x all ready and both times , the delivery was not bad at all, and the pizza was EXQUISITE👍👍👍. THANK YOU
first time customer and we are hooked! It's a bit more expensive but to us it was worth it. The salads were fresh and stuffed pizza was huge and yummy! the delivery drive was friendly.
