change management and not deliver cold food, and then when we call have a very unprofessional manager not want to address the issue, promptly or correctly,, who wants to wait 2 hours for pizza ?! maricopa is small you guys really need to step your game up or you'll soon behave to close your doors again.
The worst experience! Nick is a dick as I told him. Watched 2 customers leave without their food. He could care less. Total confusion in the back. Order was 10 minutes later promised. Ordered a 6pm pick up at 445. Nick is rude and disorganized. I let him know I just spent $80 and was unhappy he walked away mid conversation. I thought the business model is to make money not chase it away.
advertises FRIYAY free items to get you to purchase. You choose the larger pizza to get the deal and then when delivering you dont receive anything because its not for delivery. it is not stated on the website FOR PICKUP ONLY... I called the employee and they didnt seem to care she had to ask someone and then said its for pick up only. There are no stipulations just that you have to order specific sizes and limited time available. This is false advertisement.
tonight is the 3rd time we have ordered and the 3rd time it was delivered and was not correct and the situation has still not been handled by staff ...after the food was delivered we quickly realized that both sandwiches were wrong one was missing meat and cheese and the other was missing garlic bread and cheese which was clearly on the ticket after spending close to $40 I called back to speak to someone and got put on hold to wait for a manager then was disconnected twice. not cool at all we will not be ordering from her... read more
Recommended5 stars delicious back home Chicago pizza. Please do not believe the post here by Bob Lyndzii, it is a fake review and a fake profile. Its actually Lindsay Holt, a previous manager who was fired for incompetence. She couldn't hack working there and now her and her husband want to put t in e place out of business. it's really shameful.
The pizza is ok, but not for that outrageous price. Plus they do not offer the free small cheese as all the other rosati's. almost $50 for 2 pizzas, ya will not be back. Seems more than half of reviews agree.
I don't recommend Rosati's at all. deliver pizza to the wrong house refused to give back the money and refused to replace the pizza. hope corporate see this

Well Rosati’s it was nice knowing ya. Ordered pizzas on NYE and took over 4 hours to get our pizzas (due to a ticketing malfunction)and when we did they were cold. Was told they couldn’t issue a refund to our card, but would note it on our account for our next order. Just called to use our credit and was told by the owner that they wouldn’t honor it bc the girl didn’t put the note in and we waited too long. What?! What a shame we were excited about having them in town, but not anymore.
