Two days in a row!!! Order pizza, get home wrong pizza. Sis in law order pizza and they top that one. Did even make it!! Great pizza horrible service!!!
Ordered a beef sandwich, bun was burnt , and so was what meat on it . Very disappointed, been going to Rosaties since 1986 in Schaumburg I’ll. Made me sad
$50 bucks for a 18” pizza and a salad? And the salad couldn’t even feed 4 people. DRASTICALLY OVER PRICED!
We ordered pizza for carry out, which took 50 mins. We opened the box when we got home and the pizza was burnt(black). I called Rosatis back and they said they would not refund anything but we could bring the pizza back and we could wait for another. I can’t believe they thought it was okay to serve something so burnt. Anyway we ended up throwing half the pizza away. We were repeat customers and will never go back.
Don’t order delivery, the driver likes to play fast and furious. I definitely recommend doing takeout, check your food before you leave the restaurant. The owner has no customer service skills, we asked for a refund as all of our food was wrong and he told us to call the bank and start a claim
So there is a couple of pizza places and I got the advertisement so I thought I give them a shot. The big thing their pizzas is the dough is very bland. There is no really flavor to it. It kind of taste like dough when you forget to add the salt. But otherwise the portions are great the toppings are great but the dough is not good. we have ordered from Rosati’s before and the food has always been decent, tonight I ordered online and because they don’t have a place to write instructions I called and asked if they could please give me Alfredo sauce instead of marinara sauce with my calzone, the girl stated that was no problem and would write it on the ticket. Waited a hour food came, Mariana sauce was on the side AND on the calzone due to them cutting it with something that had Mariana sauce on it. It's so unfortunate because the food is GOOD! But, we had a horrible experience last year with our first order so we haven't been back. I wanted something different tonight and tried again after almost a year and they still didn't fulfill our order correctly. When I called the manager he stated the shrimp didn't include fries and garlic bread as advertised. (I have pictures of the website advertising a full shrimp dinner.)
