I ordered a pizza from them and specifically told the girl 3 × 2 make sure it's well done that I was going to check when I got there before I left the store. Needless to say, when I got there, I opened up the box and it was not well done. The manager came out and he's saying that it wasn't well done I asked him if they could put it back in the oven and he said no, he has to make a new one. It would be another half hour. As always pizza is good but prices are out of control. I ordered a large veggie and a XL half cheese and half sausage. That was it -- nothing else. $68 for take out. They had a non cash adjustment of $6 because I used a credit card. They are making money off of that transaction too! Rosati's was always one of the go to pizza places for me but this will make me think twice where I order from. There are lots of good pizzas out there!
We did a home delivery and it was hot andndelivery was on time too! I wouldnhowever suggest that they don't stack the pizzas because the bottom pizza carried the weight and the cheese stuck to the box top. I was able to salvage most of it since it was the veggie pizza. The little support tables melted from the heat. May try to find something that doesn't melt. This is the second year I ordered from Rosati's for my daughters birthday party. They did a great job on both occasions. They were very helpful with telling me specials that were going on. Everyone loved the pizza and mostaccioli. Delivery driver called when he was outside the door. Service was great! I will continue to order in the future.
My daughter in law picked up a Veggie pizza on Thursday December 19th 2024. My granddaughter 11 years old and her mom got food poisoning. We took them to Lurie children’s hospital on Friday who diagnosed them. This is due to dirty hands. We reported them to health department.
