I had reached out to Rosati's because I was disappointed in the quality of an order. It was definitely not up to their usually high standards. Not only did a rep get back to me to acknowledge, but they really went above and beyond to try and rectify the experience. Now a days, when even getting a call returned is a miracle, the rep contacting me and the additional customer service, really impressed me. Our recent order was delicious and the customer service at the store was great!
I remember not caring for Rosati's pizza years ago, and I couldn't remember what I didn't like about it. Well, I gave a shot on a whim after this location opened near me recently. I'm glad I did! The pizza tastes great, and the two girls at the front counter were friendly and personable. I'm glad I tried it! Only taking one star away since I've only been here once.
I recently just started ordering from here and never a bad experience. Pizza is a little pricey compared to some other surrounding pizza place but totally worth it. I usually order the XL thin crust half sausage half pepperoni pizza with the bbq hot wings. Only thing is delivery takes forever it seem or maybe I just can't wait to eat the yummy pizza
New to the area, I was looking forward to tasting this pizza after hearing a lot of good things about it. As it turns out, no great shakes for, just another pizza joint. Do you have a good location, I hope they do well.
Hey everyone, had a chance to try the food at a Rosati's in LGP. Good experience overall but needs some work. Here's some suggestions. Ordering onions on the pie doesn't mean a large heaping serving. They need to cut back onions by at 25-30%. Crust was good, sauce was great. Kinda skimped on the mushrooms. Tasty sausage. I also ordered the fried chicken. Surprisingly pretty good! My kids like the pizza. It's decent. The first time we ordered breadsticks they were amazing. Best breadsticks I've ever had. Second time they were awful. They were small and hard and only 1/2 of what we got the first time. Just the worst.
Swung by to get a delivery menu when I saw this new Rosatis location ... Got delivery of lasagna (very good) and sausage thin crust pizza (excellent) and margherita pizza (good, but would have liked more cheese like on the regular pizzas). We will definitely order again!!
We've ordered twice from Rosati's. The employees are super friendly It's nice and close to home, which is a definite plus! We've gotten the thin crust twice, and it's a really good pizza, Will definitely be back.
