We had a wonderful experience at Roxy's Our server was great and our steaks were amazing, the filet was perfectly cooked as we ordered. Our wine, salad and entree was all superb, the only thing we did not enjoy as much was the pork belly appetizer, the Asian flavor profile was amazing but I think because we ordered it earlier in the evening it was not quite cooked to the tenderness we would do ours. We are locals and we eat at Roxy's 3 or 4 times each year, but we were only slightly satisfied with our visit this weekend. I made the reservation 3 weeks ago and thought that we would get a better table. Instead, we were seated near a door that the cocktail waitress used as a shortcut from the sushi area to the bar and wouldn't close it each time she would enter and exit. Went with my father after a day of skiing. Definitely an upscale restaurant. The starter bread was fantastic and very artisan (I had the bacon cheddar). Everything was well presented and cooked just how we ordered it (dad got the petite ribeye and I ordered the prime rib - so good). We both ordered a wine flight with dinner (2 oz servings of three types of wine), and finished the meal off with the Café Diablo for desert - which was definitely a grand finally of fire and photos. I will be back with family and friends.

This is our second visit to Roxy's in the last month and just like the first time the food was amazing and our server and his assistance were very attentive. The only complaint I would say about this trip is that we were with with another couple who we raved about Roxy's too, our guest has a hurt back but when the hostess went to seat us at a table we kindly asked for a booth due to it being easier on him. We went on a very busy Saturday night and arrived early, but they wouldn't seat anyone with a 6:30 reservation early, so we had to wait. It seemed very noisy and crowded from outside, but once we were seated it was much better. The food was great. The service was attentive but not distracting.
The service was wonderful. My water glass was never more than half empty at any given time. The wait staff was prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious. We were seated directly behind the sushi bar, however, so there was a bit of commotion from that. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

This place was magnificent; one of the greatest steak houses I have ever encountered. Located in a casino complex which also houses a Ruth's Chris, they decided NOT to play second fiddle and instead surpassed the giant in every way imaginable. Every employee was always moving at full-speed, yet they never got in each other's way; it almost seemed to flow.
