The service was wonderful. My water glass was never more than half empty at any given time. The wait staff was prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious. We were seated directly behind the sushi bar, however, so there was a bit of commotion from that. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Always a dependable place to have an excellent meal in Reno. We like the booth seating for a little privacy and upscale ambiance.

Amazing service and great food. I chose the 24oz steak and it was by far the best steak I have had yet. Always love going to this place and love the atmosphere. Thank you
We had a very pleasant waiter Ramon took very good care of us. My husband had a steak dish prepared wonderful. I had 2 of my favorite dishes Calamari and French Onion soup. Already thinking about another trip to the El Dorado Hotel.

Our waiter, Spencer was outstanding!
We have dined at Roxy for years, but this visit was awful. Our reservation was a full 47 minutes prior to our actually being seated. It took another 15 minutes before we met our waiter. We did get bread and water as soon as we sat. Our waiter rarely checked on us and we had to flag him down twice. The food was good, as always. The service wasn't up to par.
