My husband and I have been to Roxy three times,.On our last visit to Reno we brought our cousins along to enjoy the evening.We found the same friendly waiters and the very wonderful food as always but then we got to the main fare ,the steak and mine was a bit tough and so was my husbands that was not what we expected.My husband had the minion and I had the rib eye so we felt it was a different carrier for the meat that was the cause.I always enjoy Roxy and will return but I hope they read and look at this post carefully-----... read more
FIrst time I tried their pork loin. Fantastic. The waiter was responsive and helpful, and very pleasant. Everyone was there when needed, and not when they were not. We have had the mushroom raviolios before, but again they were perfect. And the Cesar Salad had just the right amount of everything.
Extensive wine list featuring Ferrari Carano wines reasonably priced Martini bar was outstanding.
We had the Special Prix Fixe Christmas dinner. My husband had the Beef Wellington, I had the Fish. Both were very good with excellent sides. My husband felt the meat tasted a bit of tenderizer. Noise and music from the bar was annoying. Service was very attentive, though they were slow to take our drink order when we first sat down. Dessert and salad were both excellent. We are regular customers here and will plan to return.
The food at Roxy is always wonderful and flavor popping. Don't expect a quick in and out, this is dining old style, sit, relax, experience. Each time I visit I try something new and have never been disappointed. If you love soufflé desserts, Roxy is well known for sumptuous concoctions.

The food at Roxy's is outstanding. What really makes the experience is people like the hostess, staff (Wahiba) and Stephen. This is just an excellent experience. This is why we go back again and again.
Service in all areas of the restaurant were excellent and we very much enjoyed the food as well. Would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our evening at the Roxy. The filet is suberb! The meal was a treat and Albert, our server, added to our experience with his cheerful attitude. He works with precision and an eye for detail. He was present, but not intrusive. We look forward to returning for excellent good and a visit with Albert.
