Needed more info on shipping
First time I used the product it worked great. Can't get it to work at all since. Can't get anyone to respond back from Royal! Starting to think I made a big mistake by ordering this product from Royal. Will definitely look at other options if I do not hear from you after this survey!!!! 501-514-8454
