Amazing people!! Everyone there is super nice and attentive to detail, making sure your needs are met and that you aren’t uncomfortable in any way. Coming from someone who usually dislikes going to the dentist, this was honestly such a pleasant experience. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and everything was explained clearly throughout the visit. You can really tell they care about their patients and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Definitely recommend!
I took my partner for a cleaning and checkup. I was chatting with Dr. Patrino, he saw my missing tooth and immediately took me to a treatment room. Chris called Dr. Elikofer. Together we came up with a treatment plan. I'm having an implant. The firs Everyone in the practice genuinely care about you, your concerns, and if you are comfortable and at ease.
The office is nice/clean staff seems friendly and professional however while all that is good the problem is their billing practices. Going through insurance you think they’re all working within network when they aren’t and they don’t bother to tell you next thing you know you’re being hit with a big bill. They tell you that you have to pay up front and then be reimbursed by insurance only to find out later they have been paid by said insurance, but yet to refund your money. My husband experienced severe wisdom tooth pain over the weekend, and by Monday I was calling around hoping to find a practice that could see him right away. This was the only office that was able to get him in so quickly, which we truly appreciated. Dr. Justin Elikofer performed the procedure and was both highly professional and very personable.
