This was a very good dental experience. Rarely can you say you have had a good experience with a provider’s billing department but they went above & beyond to bill both primary and secondary despite other providers in the past making me submit to my primary insurance. James did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. He educated me about my teeth in a way that has not ever been done. Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable but they really worked hard to make it as painless as possible from beginning to end.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! I had dental emergency today and I called every walk in clinic between Tampa and Riverview explaining my urgency expressing I needed to come in today. To add to my panic these places could care less. I was told that I could come in next week or they didn’t take my insurance. The feeling I had was so helpless as I knew this situation would get worse overnight. I made one call after a partner dental office referred me here. I have been Dr. Patrino’s patient for over 17 years. He is the best and very patient with me as I do not like going to the dentist. His hygienist James is amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Patrino.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The Dr. Explained everything to me and was easy to understand. So glad my pulmonary Dr. Recommended this office after struggling wth my C Pap machine for over 30 days.
If you want to have happy and beautiful smile you definitely need to visit Ruban Dental. This place have great service, family atmosphere and individual approach to each patient. They have two offices in South Tampa and St.Pete. Additional they speak English and Russian languages.
