I wish I could give them 10 stars! I had dental emergency today and I called every walk in clinic between Tampa and Riverview explaining my urgency expressing I needed to come in today. To add to my panic these places could care less. I was told that I could come in next week or they didn’t take my insurance. This was a very good dental experience. Rarely can you say you have had a good experience with a provider’s billing department but they went above & beyond to bill both primary and secondary despite other providers in the past making me submit to my primary insurance. James did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. He educated me about my teeth in a way that has not ever been done. Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable but they really worked hard to make it as painless as possible from beginning to end.
Righteous act! They put the patient first. Dental exam on Tuesday. Doc discovers cracked/split tooth from that morning. Doc knew I was in pain. Waiting on VA referral to get it extracted. No word on Tuesday from VA. No word on Wednesday from VA. Tooth is raging. Thursday no word from VA but they say “it’s still under review”. I’m serious! I told them, “Well yeah. It’s still cracked”. 1:30PM on Thursday, Dr Elikofer calls me. “I know that tooth is hurting you. Come on in and I’ll take care of it.” 3:PM the Doc gets it done. ... read more

I hate to post a bad review because the staff was very nice. I have been a patient of Dr. Petrino for many years but since his office was flooded out, he has sold out to this practice. I was transferred here as a "new patient" and with no warning paid $500 for a basic cleaning and x-ray. I paid it but I will not be coming back. I encourage everyone reading this review to get an explanation of the fees before you come here.
