The office is nice/clean staff seems friendly and professional however while all that is good the problem is their billing practices. Going through insurance you think they’re all working within network when they aren’t and they don’t bother to tell you next thing you know you’re being hit with a big bill. They tell you that you have to pay up front and then be reimbursed by insurance only to find out later they have been paid by said insurance, but yet to refund your money. Dr. Elikofer was very helpful explaining my sleep study results and how he could help me with the oral appliance therapy. The staff was very helpful scheduling my next appointment at a convenient time for me. Everyone was wonderful from check-in to check-out!
I had a dental emergency and was scheduled within 2 hours of my call. Staff was welcoming and professional and the office atmosphere was comfortable. Dr Patrino was competent, thorough and provided me with excellent treatment.
I have been Dr. Patrino’s patient for over 17 years. He is the best and very patient with me as I do not like going to the dentist. His hygienist James is amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Patrino.
