Ryan was great and we chose Bank South because of him. Better communication from his team would have made things run more smoothly. One rep scheduled our closing for a date only to have another to call and tell us we had to close in 4 days or risk losing our interest rate lock. Then she called the next day to say we were going back to the old date.
