The best place for your BMW to get repaired The service at SA EUROPEAN is top notch ! Les is the man ! Very knowledgeable guy. Awesome service, awesome warranty on parts and labor ! Very competitive proces as well ! I must admit that I rely more on this shop than any BMW dealership !

Outstanding Service Fair And Honest This was the most exceptional service I’ve ever received on my car. Les was very honest and upfront and did not try to sell me things I didn’t need on my car like a normal dealership would. He explained each part and failed component of my car and even when I brought my car to him he knew and targeted the issues instantly. It’s unfortunate that I’ll be moving from San Antonio pretty soon because Les would be my permanent go to for my car.

Quality Parts , The Best Service in San Antonio! I did all my service for my Mercedes Benz at SA European and I cannot be more happier at the service performed on my vehicle. Their service second to none, I would highly recommend their service. They also did a full detail of my car and they did an amazing work!

Special requests Honored Les is great about special requests and has done 2 projects for me that improved the safety of 2 of my cars and my driving experience. If you don't mind paying more, the Dealership Service Department is fine for routine maintenance but they don't usually like to do things not in their procedures manual. Les takes the time and has the flexibility to provide a higher level of service. The Best Service Ever Les knows his cars and has all the correct tools and computer programs to do the job. On top of that, he takes a real interest in his customers and goes the extra mile to accommodate special requests. Icing on the cake: his price is less then the dealer and the service is way better!

Great Customer Service Les came to my house and replaced the cabin air filter on my 5 series. I was very pleased that he was willing to work with my schedule and get the job done in a timely manner. He also did a diagnostic check and safety check to ensure all was well. This was my first time having my car serviced outside the dealership and I wouldn't even think of having anyone other than Les work on my car.
