Quality Parts , The Best Service in San Antonio! I did all my service for my Mercedes Benz at SA European and I cannot be more happier at the service performed on my vehicle. Special requests Honored Les is great about special requests and has done 2 projects for me that improved the safety of 2 of my cars and my driving experience. If you don't mind paying more, the Dealership Service Department is fine for routine maintenance but they don't usually like to do things not in their procedures manual. Les takes the time and has the flexibility to provide a higher level of service. The Best Service Ever Les knows his cars and has all the correct tools and computer programs to do the job. On top of that, he takes a real interest in his customers and goes the extra mile to accommodate special requests. Icing on the cake: his price is less then the dealer and the service is way better!

Great Customer Service Les came to my house and replaced the cabin air filter on my 5 series. I was very pleased that he was willing to work with my schedule and get the job done in a timely manner. He also did a diagnostic check and safety check to ensure all was well. This was my first time having my car serviced outside the dealership and I wouldn't even think of having anyone other than Les work on my car.

Lifelong customer Les and team are my heroes! I have never experienced such transparent, quick, affordable, customer oriented service from a vehicle technician company. My car broke down in the middle of the road during morning rush hour traffic, I called Les and he came to my rescue. He gave me a loaner car (free of charge), so I could get to work and he took my car to asses. Les was in constant communication with me throughout the day by phone and by text.
