Dr Razi has been treating me for 15 years. She is a truly caring physician. She knows my particular conditions so well that she was recently able to assist my GP in establishing the extra-long tapering schedule that I require to withdraw from a high dosage of prednisone. I have complete trust in her care.
The entire experience, from the ease of scheduling an appointment through the exam, was pleasant. Dee, the technician assigned to me, patiently answered my questions. The doctor performed a thorough evaluation and provided me with necessary information for my ongoing care. The entire team gets my praise.
Dr. Razi has been my eyesight professional for 11 years. Unlike my other doctors, who know me only after a look at my chart, Dr. Razi knows me. My eye health is personal to her. She takes time to talk with me, knowing that I have a technical background, describing in depth my vision needs. She goes beyond just the basic, seeking to provide a higher quality of life for me. I look forward to our regular visits knowing she makes me a priority, including my wife in the discussions.

Key-Whitman is an excellent place to get an eye exam. They have the right equipment to test your eyes in house so you're not driving from one location to another for testing. The staff is friendly and do their jobs well. The counter staff members are very helpful with insurance matters. Dr. Razi has been my optometrist for several years now. She's always pleasant and I believe very knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Razi and Key-Whitman Plano.
I was escourted through various tests. All were well explained and took very little time to complete. Dr. Razi wasted no time in getting to the results and to confirm that all was well.
DR. RAZI EXPLAINED VERY CLEARLY THE OVER THE COUNTER ITEMS THAT I SHOULD PURCHASE TO USE INSTEAD OF WHAT I WAS USING.
