My experience with Dr. Razi-Elhaffr was excellent . Her approach is comforting as well as informative. She took care to explain my results. I’m delighted to have meet her and will continue to see her for all my follow up appointments. I also enjoyed her staff very much.
I see Dr Razi every six months due to chronic iritis, or more often if I experience an episode, but this has not happened for several years due to her excellent care and advice. She always spends as much time with me as needed, and is sensitive and caring. Check-in and preliminaries are always handled quickly and efficiently.
I have already left a review but I thought of one more thing that is a very useful bit of information for anyone considering this practice. Other reviews have mentioned the harmonious teamwork that keeps this place running like clockwork -- Since I have found all of the doctors who I have met here to be likeable and knowledgeable, I have asked a couple of the staff how they liked working there and they have answered unanimously that they loved it and wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Dr. Razi and her assistants are friendly, welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She listens carefully and shares with you her professional opinion no matter what. During my eye exam all my questions were answered and I will definitely be going back to her next year.
First time visit today with Dr. Razi-Elhaffr. From the time I entered the office, everyone was nice and professional. My condition was explained to me along with a treatment plan. I will continue to use Dr. Razi-Elhaffr for my future vision care.
