Please make appointments in a smaller window of time than 4 hrs. You should be able to make an appointment within an hour. Otherwise I am looking forward to having the ants be gone!
So far so good. However, for almost two months now, I have not seen any catch from various types of traps. I wonder if Edge Pest Control still has remaining tools, device, or strategy to be more proactive, creative and aggressive in putting an end to these mice, rats pests. Thanks, Dan

THE DAY YOU WERE SCHEDULED, A DEAD RAT WAS IN THE YARD, 10 FEET FROM THE POISON BOX. ANDY WAS GREAT ABOUT GETTING RID OF IT. IT IS, I BELIEVE, THE FIRST RAT, DEAD OR ALIVE, I HAVE SEEN IN CLOSE TO 2 YEARS. THANKS..

Can’t think of a thing.
My service was supposed to take place between 8-12 on Saturday. I received a phone call @8:30 saying they would be at my house in between 20-30 minutes. An hour later I finally called to get an ETA and was told they were about 3 minutes out. Even though he was late, the service was great.
Cannot think of any improvement.

Service technician did a good job in servicing indoor and outdoor. However, when I asked him to spray in the crawl space, he declined. He said they don't spray in the crawl space unless we have a problem. As far as I was told when I signed 2 years contract, the service technician will spray indoors, outdoors as well as the crawl space. And when I checked the service detail, found out that Edge pest control accounting overcharged me for the recent service.
