Didn't tell me it was a new quarterly service and didn't have me sign anything or otherwise acknowledge that I would be billed automatically immediately following the service. I wasnt ready to be billed for it and didn't even approve the appointment service time.
Extermination service was abysmal. Did not notice any reduction in spiders or other bugs. When I tried to quit, I was charged an early termination fee. Poor service - Poor business practices!
As far as I know the problem is not be solved.

The tech was awesome. The fact that nothing is being caught or solved is a big issue!
It was fine but we weren’t home and weren’t really given enough time to call and reschedule so someone could be home. We are also noticing a higher amount of stink bugs around our house since the treatment.
