I actually did not experience anything, the young man knocked on the door when he arrived,did his job and told me all was good except for a few ground spiders. He was very polite and nice, no complaint!

Tech called ahead, arrived when he said he would, listened to my immediate concern, acted in that concern first and then did everything he should have for our regular service. He was courteous and efficient. Very fine job.

Cory came out and explained how ants work to our family. He sprayed in the house the 2 touble spots and agian around the foundation of the house. If we see any more ants in the next 2 weeks to give a call back to retreat the problem or come up with a different plan.

My only complaint would be that I would prefer a text the day before giving me a time range! Like we will be there tomorrow between 10am & 1pm. I hate not being able to plan anything because I have no idea when someone will get here!
