Employees always notify us before and after service, which is appreciated as we don’t always recall which days they’re coming. The service has been good and they are open to suggestions and explain what they are doing. Constructive feedback: One time, on their most recent trip, the back yard gate wasn’t latched, and we didn’t notice. When we got home we let our dog out back and he got out into the neighborhood. I really don't know, we were out of town. However, I received a phone call apparently 30 minutes before the representative arrived and a post comment item. If no insects, it worked well, but won't know for awhile.
