Saela Pest Control refuses to work with their customers to schedule their expensive reoccurring services, and gives you 30 minutes notice at best when arriving to your house. My service for this past May never even occurred, and the reservice that I scheduled also went without them showing up to my house to complete the service. I was scammed by this company, they forged my signature. I did not sign the agreement they said I did. When I spoke with the salesman he said it was a quarterly service. I did not sign anything so I wrongfully assumed I could cancel anytime.Then I was receiving texts that I had an upcoming service less than a month later.I call to cancel and come to find out I am supposably in a binding deal for two years for a monthly service that is $129.99 a month and the cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining services.They wanted $1,50... read more

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. No on-line option. Nobody responds to virtual assistant, no useful person to speak to-which you are forced to do, if you want to cancel, and promises for callback are not kept. Warning: read the fine print! I got locked into 4 visits and now am having a nightmare trying to cancel after that! This seems like a scam to keep you locked in. Steer clear! Btw, they are now called Edge
They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel unless you talk to someone on the phone. And they NEVER answer the phone. I've texted, emailed and left voicemails with absolutely no response.
If I could I would give them 0 stars, Do not go thru this company, they are very dirty and do not work with their customers. They would not cancel our agreement with them and charged us the minute we got off the phone with them. Do not trust this company! I originally called them for service when they were Edge Pest Control and told them I wouldnt sign a contact because we are renters. We got summer mosquito control, had a mouse problem. I didnt have to sign a contract and they treated the yard and put out mouse hotels. It was $129 each time they came out. Never use this company! Their employee showed up at my house and never got out of his truck to do the service. He sat there for 15 minutes and then drove away but he made sure to charge my card. Absolute fraud.
