Please dont use this company The service is the worst I never do negative reviews but unfortunately I really want to protect future clients.This service did not help with mices at my rental property, just waist of money.when I wanted to cancel even with penalty I have to pay., the manager agreed through the phone than they did not cancel. Really bad experience and aggravating.
This company is a total scam. They make you think you are signing up for what they explain to you and pay for, and months later call you for additional applications you are totally not aware of for outrageous fees. Then charge them on the credit card they have on file anyway.
Edge Pest Control is THE WORST OF THE WORST. Weve used them for two years because I havent been able to get out of the contract. Everytime we ask they say theyll cancel and they dont, and if we want to cancel before the contract end date we have to pay 50% off the fee to come out and treat our yard. Don't sign a contract!Unfortunately, I signed up for service at my personal residence and a rental. Service was inconsistent and unprofessional. They always have an excuse for not calling ahead of time or not servicing the areas you need serviced. The worst was trying to cancel. They have a steep early cancelation fee so I waited to "complete" the services to terminate the contract...only to have to jump through hoops, sit on hold, be passed from rep to rep, to get to the "only person...an "experience manager"...to cancel. this business is a fraud and ripoff. i used them for about 3 pest services and stopped it. i called them to tell them this and they insisted i owe them about $900.00 more for services even i am not using them anymore. i told them no to this many times, they (Edge pest control in *********) would not listen and kept calling me multiple times for payment. they finally charged me for the total **** on my original credit card number they had on file without my permission. this company should be looked into and stopped for this r... read more
Coercive and disrespectful customer **********************! Was a customer for 2 1/2 years. ********************** has always been very good and effective. They were okay for the first 8 months but recently in the past 2 months nobody did any service to my house as seen from my outdoor cameras and I was still being charged for it. I would give 0 stars if possible. They are horrible!!! Buyer beware! Wish I would have looked them up before getting sucked in. Now... can't get rid of them. I will tell them I am calling the police next time they show. They harass, they come, they keep reaching out after repeatedly telling them not to contact me in any form. We had a 9 services contract which lastwd almost 2 years. The first year was great but then they changed the procedure of the mice boxes teplacing the poison with cheap spring liaded muve traps which DONT work without informing me. Niw we have mice AGAIN and they breached the ciontract after I paid nearly $2000! Asked for a partial refund but they refuse. Thats called STEALING!
