I attempted to cancel my service until next spring, when customer ********************** put me on hold for a manager confirmation. I was on a perpetual hold, no one ever came to the line. Saela still showed up on the day that I had canceled (they called first, so we called the driver back at their cell number to tell him not to come and it was cancelled, and apologize the company did not comply). I have been working with this company for two years with a mouse problem. I have spent $13,000 for attic clean out and ceiling of finished basement clean out. I still have Mice problem. They did not clean out the ceiling in the basement I can still hear the mice in there. They did not do the job properly and I have been dealing with mouse droppings for two years and Ive spent all this money. Never use this company they Dont do the job properly and charge a fortune. They should not receive any stars.***** P
The most recent service person left my side gates open and allowed my dogs to wander the neighborhood. Then when calling customer **********************, they're unable to connect with a supervisor or manager. Only hire this company if you want to waste your money and risk your pets lives.
This place is horrible - barely does anything and charges a fortune, no way out of a ridiculously long contract and no regard for peoples schedule. Dont sign up!!!
I tried to cancel my contract as the service was no longer needed and they informed me I had signed an agreement for 2 years that I was never informed of. They then demanded a cancelation fee which I also never agreed too.
Hired them to remove moles from my yard. They said it was a one time fee of ******. 30 days later they are walking around my house spraying for bugs saying that this was part of the package. I already hire Orkin for this service and only wanted my moles removed from Edge. Guy Insisted he would finish the job but I sent him home. I was NEVER informed of a 9 visit contract in which the signature part of that part of the contact is not even close to my personal signature. I have been affected financially because of COVID-19 and would have NEVER agreed to this!!!! In January they informed me they were coming & I told them I can't afford it, they insisted on coming & that they would only charge me $20.00 and the remainder they would **** me. . My parents are elderly and noticed that they had a rodent problem due to seeing some droppings around part of their home. The first specialist from Edge said it was mice and set traps with glue which is not the right way how to deal with mice. Then a second exterminator, *******************, came in and proceeded to tell my mom that the original traps didnt work because she had an extensive RAT problem in her attic.
