Could not rate work quality or value for money because the day after the contract was signed and the day the service was to be initiated I was informed that they did not do the promised work in Chicago any more. This caused a problem because I then had to make new arrangements and find another company to remove raccoons from my sister's home. Needless to say I am not happy about this. The people I spoke to were very pleasant but that didn't help me.

didn't need the pest control service. Wish it was an option and not automatic. Verdict still out on rodent control Glad for bait boxes put out but not happy with all the snap traps put out that I have to deal with. I was already doing that. Wish technician would come out to remove trapped mice and replace traps as needed as part of the service, High price for recommended follow up visits.

i have recommended this company to two friends. They are very knowledeable and will come out if service is neeed even if it's not scheduled.

Edge showed up on time, explained the job and did their job. Things have improved.
Do not get stuck with this company!! Read the reviews on Yelp which are way more indicative of their tactics. They pressure you into a long term contract which will cost you a bundle to get out of and if you just want to terminate it without paying the buy out they threaten to sue. The worker did find the sack of potatoes on top of my frig that was full of gnats. After that the bugs were gone but I've had to pay over $400 so far and without paying the buyout of $300 something, I will be forced into paying for many more "trea... read more
I had a mouse in my home and contacted Home Advisor. One of the service providers (The Edge) contacted me immediately. I ended up signing a contract for 12 months. If I decide I don't want them after six visits, I can pay them half the cost of the remaining visits. I have contacted them several times about getting a copy of the contract I signed.
