I would not hire them again because they would come to your house even when you are not home. They would go ahead and only spray outside and expect you to pay. When you ask them they would say that they sent an email and i should read my email. I would not hire them again.
Guy tired selling me a years contract.
I had to sign a contract with this company for a 3 visit program. The ants disappeared only after I got a product from a famous home appliance store and did it myself. It was a struggle dealing with these people.
They came out on October 27....set some traps in m y basement and outside my house and I am wondering when they will be back to check them. please call me {Redacted per customers request} not real happy

In my opinion they have fraudulent business practices. They trick people into paying for services they didn't receive.
Problem was for mice. Admin paperwork was a bit annoying. Must have signed or initialed a half dozen liability waivers. They required a 6 month contract which I thought was a bit much before they had even done the work.
