Easiest and most understandable pest control service ever. Courteous and informative and the annual plan is great. Came out the day after I called, ants gone within 24 hours and not a one insight in the last 2 weeks!

An employee, from this company, stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree. Because of this thief, I and currently, living a nightmare. His name is ratch. At least that is what he said his name was. I will never shop on again and I will tell others about this horrific ordeal that I have experienced.

got rid of my ant problem well see when spring comes
The " work" was " incomplete" without a call back or follow through when I express my concern and disappointment. The initial visit was untimely, saying there was car problems. Traps were set in basement and kitchen, resulting in nothing being caught. I was outdone, as a mouse attempted to come in my bedroom the following week! He still lives and I can't find out his entrance or hideout. I have yet to hear back form this business except asking for my " address" which I gave them but they should have!!
