Lara is an amazing agent. She updated me every day and made sure that I was taken care of. She also got me the best contract for my car. I am definitely going to use this company again for the next time. The car was taken as scheduled and the car came just in time.

I would give 0 star if able to. They stole our money, $200 to be exact and they couldn't even provide service. They lied to us initially saying it would be $140 for service just to keep us there for 3 days just to raise price and then never even had a driver for us. Then ****** the representative that was assigned to us kept being rude when I told him to cancel since my uncle was able to pick up vehicle after all the lies and wait they had us going through. Absolute scum bags !!!! I was quoted in writing by ********************* to ship my car from ********** to ************ for $680 . This company contacted me every day for weeks with phone calls , emails and text messages asking when the car would be ready to ship and to sign their written contract . After I signed the contract they said the quote was no longer valid and it was now going to cost me $2,800 for the same service. The company is more than just a bait and switch, they are a full on fraud. My original quote was $250 with a pickup time for the following morning. I asked if this was a quote or a guaranteed price and time and was promised it was guaranteed. (First time shipping a car, so I didn't realize that this is just 100% false information.) Of course, the price went up to 650 the next day, and wouldn't be ready for another day. I will be seeking legal action for the " bait and switch" method they operate.I signed an agreement/ contract at one cost 2 wks ahead of shipping my vehicle.2 days ahead of shipping thry said they couldnt find a trucker to meet the peice and raised my quote over $1000 more.Since we were leaving the state in 2 days it didnt allow enpught time to arrange other options.My friend who was also contracted the same dates had the exact same issues.Aweful scam type of operation

I chose to research Safe Auto Trucking LLC before I entrust them with my vehicle. A 2014 Subaru Crosstrek XV Hybrid that needed shipping across the US 2,541 miles. Safe Auto Trucking LLC quoted a reasonable price that was not the cheapest. The proposal lacked relevant business information that in my opinion a reputable company should provide: Physical address, Business License, fax, website and so on.
