This place is a joke and was trying to scam me. I dealt with Emma who texted me through the whole ordeal. I was stated a price and did the contract, asked are there going to be anymore fees? She replied no! As the week goes on the day before the pickup the the price doubled. I said no I’m not paying that so she comes back with another price and agreed to ship it for the new price. Safe engaged a shipper , named Alien Corporation,who damaged our property and then would not cover the damage, even tho their driver admitted it. Safe told us the shipper had insurance but our calls were not returned. Shipper seemed to operate out of an apartment or similar near Chicago. Contacted Safe multiple times and they would not handle the problem, mostly not returning calls. After my last post, I received a call from someone saying he was the owner. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They quoted me $300, I book it. Next day “Michael” is telling me he can only get a driver for $800 and when I tell him No he says $750, then it magically becomes $600. They act like they are working hard to get you a lower rate, they’re not because they had me booked on central registry for $375, but tell lie after lie. They are extortion artists and will play games. AVOID!!!

I am shocked by these 5 star reviews. I contracted with this company because of these reviews and their competitive pricing. I booked them a month and a half in advance. They switched contact people 3 times. Two days before my pick up they called me and raised the price an additional $600! They told me they couldn't get a driver for the price I was quoted and this was the going rate.

Horrible service. I talked to Alex inquiring about shipping my car from down south to Illinois. Alex called back and increase price by $100 we declined offer. He then put my transport request in his board as if he was working with us my brother and I. So the new company wanted almost $200 more. This isn’t good business practice and they are all in together to rip customers off. The quoted price should be the final price period. Don’t ship with them

STAY AWAY FRO THIS COMPANY !! Total scam job. I signed a contract with Alex and guaranteed that the price was $500 TOTAL. I signed the contract 3 weeks before the car was scheduled to leave. As it came closer to the date I called Alex to confirm and he said we where good to go. The day before they where suppose to pick up my mom's car he said he could not find a driver to do it for the $500 and it was now $700. I do not recommend this company they give you a quote to transport a vehicle send a contract sign the contract then try changing the price the day before pick up date !

This group sent me a message saying they could ship my car across the country for $850 and I was given a quote with that exact information and after signing it, they mentioned to me that the trucker was asking for $1500! It doesn't make sense that they would ask me to make me sign a contract that has an amount that they didn't even plan to honor.

Do not waste your time with this company. Was quoted $500 for transport. Signed the contract, took a $150 deposit. They immediately said they could not find any drivers, and said they could only find a driver for $800. I told them I could wait until they found a cheaper driver, but they kept saying this was the cheapest. They still have my deposit, despite never even putting in the effort to give me the service that was agreed on for the agreed price. Don't do business with such dishonest people.
