Huge lack of proficiency and commitment. Had the worst experience. We paid the deposit and sign the contract and they secured us saying that they would pick up my car on Friday. When Friday came we didn't hear anything from anyone. Around 4PM that's when we reached out to them and said that they "couldn't get a hold of the driver". At this point we knew that Safe Auto Trucking wasn't legit. It's now Monday and we keep calling and texting them and nothing! We were counting on you and nothing happened. I have requested quote to ship my car and they got me very high price compared to others. I have requested them to remove the orders posted by then on my behalf but they are not responding because of their high price quotes I lost the best and affordable quote price received from other companies as the truck drivers are keep hoping for this highest quote.

I googled auto transport companies to transport my stranded truck in storage from NM. to LA. and clicked on the top link. after entering the basic info and my number I was bombarded (and still am) by all these different companies saying something like this " looking for a DEAL to ship your car? text me on my cell we, we have open spots and need to fill asap. call John W***** at 555-5555". some of the texts and call were much more subtle and ALL the people calling had foreign accents (Indian, or Eastern European etc...) but t... read more
