I would like to commend Mersadies, My Safe Haven ADT specialist who works with Realtors, She’s very involved and proactive, with customers. I encourage Realtors to utilize these services to provide an extra sense of security to your customers when they purchase their home. Mersadies was my salesperson, she was very informative, and attentive but not pushy. She got us a great deal on our system and I would use her again in the future. installation was pretty painless and our new system works well for our current needs, and will allow for us add additional services and equipment in the future when we're ready
Angela has been fantastic on getting our account and safety plan set up. She was very attentive and knowledgable on the products! We love the security we have in our new home.

Please read this review fully! Buying a home and being a first-time homeowner can be very scary. Before moving in, I knew I had to get home security installed but was overwhelmed with ADT’s competition and unsure what was genuine versus just trying to sell me equipment.
