We have been a customer of ADT for many years and have recently relocated from New York to Virginia. When Andre Jones stopped by to welcome us and informed us of the different plans available, without any hesitation we continued our relationship with ADT. Andre was attentive to what we said and provided a plan that met our needs. I highly recommend Andre, as he's not a pushy salesperson, provides a plan that is just what you need but also making it possible in the future to add any additional services / equipment.
I would like to commend Mersadies, My Safe Haven ADT specialist who works with Realtors, She’s very involved and proactive, with customers. I encourage Realtors to utilize these services to provide an extra sense of security to your customers when they purchase their home. It makes you look good because you are providing a service they need, but also someone else is going to contact them no matter what. Mersadies was my salesperson, she was very informative, and attentive but not pushy. She got us a great deal on our system and I would use her again in the future. installation was pretty painless and our new system works well for our current needs, and will allow for us add additional services and equipment in the future when we're ready
