My technician, Ikotokelo Nind, was awesome. He was patient, personable, very informative, and very knowledgeable. This young man is a true professional and his customer service is outstanding. He explained each service provided and showed me how to use the equipment. He left no questions unanswered. I would definitely request Ikotokelo if I need future assistance.
