Today when I arrived at my new home my wife told me that two reps from ADT were here earlier. The man Chris really impressed my wife because he stay out of the doorway several feet from the step and told her his name, Chris and introduced his associate Jovina. Chris said I want you to feel safe would she mind if he came back when her husband came home. My wife said she would feel better if they did. So, they left and return when I arrived. Mersadies Wilson with Safe Haven/ADT was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly and professional, while carefully explaining the system and costs of the plan we were interested in purchasing. She scheduled the installer at a time that was convenient for us. The installer was also friendly as well as professional. Our system is exactly what we were looking for.
