Everyone was professional and pleasant when writing my trust. I do have some complaints, though. First, I was told use the exact name of my trust when funding my trust with assets. Yet, it is difficult to use the exact name of my trust when it is 53 characters long. The name of my trust is The *************** Living Trust Dated, X** 99, 9999. Why did it have to be so long? We thought that Safeguard Estate and Financial had a focus only on living trusts, but we were surprised when then spent almost 2 hours pushing their annuities. My wife and I were shocked at the pressure that was applied to have us convert some of our assets to an annuity plan. Be prepared. I have read many of the 5 star reviews and strange that all are 5 stars and also no mention of annuities.
