Beautiful facility but management seems to turn over a lot especially on clinical side and responsiveness suffers. But nice rooms (new/big) and brand new building, good cost.

Sage Mountain is a very clean community with excellent care services. The director on the memory care side really showed off her deep knowledge and care taking skills for those who struggle with mental decline. She really understood all the different ways to care for the residents as individuals. The end of life process at Sage Mountain was very difficult, but everyone there was amazing. Beautiful place and great uplifting atmosphere. When I was looking for the right place for my mom I noticed how the people there were smiling and overall happy . We decided on Sage because of the people who work there and live there ! My mom has been in memory care for 5 weeks amd I am very happy with the staff and care she is getting . My dad has been here for over a year. When COVID happened they didn’t get it until January and worked hard to Keep it out. Everywhere had COVID. It is a pandemic. I thank the care staff who do their best to care for my dad and make sure he is safe. They’ve had management turnover but the heart of the community is their staff. I read the other reviews and felt like I had to say how wonderful the staff are. This isn’t an easy time and they are doing their best. Thank you Sage Mountain staff.

I want to thank all the wonderful staff (especially [names removed]) for all the care taken to make for very smooth transition for my mom's move-in to Sage Mountain. Sage Mtn is a beautifully kept property, wonderful setting, peaceful, and very calming. This was my mom's favorite choice after visiting other AL locations in the area. She felt the good energy and, after 4 days of living there, she is very happy and, I am VERY happy too !!

New community with a beautiful view (at the top of a hill). They addressed my concerns about brush fires and evacuation protocol very well. I think residents are very safe in this facility. Seem to have an excellent care system, activities and dining menu. The few residents I saw seem very happy.
From our understanding they have had no positive cases of COVID. When we were able visit and eat their with our loved the meals and dining services was very good. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.
Very nice new facility, ideally close to our home. Being new hard to judge longevity of staff. Visited memory care and saw staff involved with group of residence. Many nice amenities for the more self sufficient. Move in fee seemed high, and price for small space was on upper level compared to others visited so far. Because of location may still be considered .

Incredible facility and staff. The amenity for pets was a bit limited with small dog run, without shade. Cost for extra services was a bit extensive, although flexible. Still may be an option for long term care.
