If you're looking for a care facility for your loved ones, look somewhere else. Sage Mountain doesn't provide care. In fact, tonight I was forced to call 911 to get care for my mom! This isn't how a care home should operate!

@Katie, Please do not insult our family nor pretend. We have numerous documented calls, emails and correspondence not just from our family. Sadly a few families who also reached out to us whose loved one died as well. Your staff and director not only lied to us and the other families, your negligence caused sicknesses that resulted in deaths. I will never recommend Sage Mountain to anyone or to any of my doctors to recommend there friends, family or acquaintances. They had 4 Executive Director in less than 2 years. Memory Care residents are at the mercy of how the corporation wants to run that part of the the facility; the residents who cannot speak for themselves. Memory Care did not have a full time LVN for morning or evening. Caregivers, Med Tech's or Director of Activities in charge of this facility because they had less residents than assisted living. RUN don't walk away from this place. They have over 50 staff and residents with the corona virus and NEVER let families know. All the staff that wasn't sick quit and they don't have the ability to properly care for residents. The took away my ability to make decisions for my loved one's care because now they are a sitting duck in a Petrie dish of disease and I'm devastated.

The female front desk (1/20/21) at approximately 11 am to 12 noon. I didn't catch her name but there was only 1 female front desk rep at the hour I mentioned. The attitude she gave in person and even through phone really got me irritated. Mind you, if you need to put someone on hold. Let them know. If you have to instruct someone, do it with polite customer service. Even witnessed her gave attitude to her colleague.

From my experience with this place, it seems there is NO LEVEL OF CARE here for those who need assistance with dressing, bathing, eating, or physical company. (I cannot comment on other needs or facility offerings). We recently had an extremely unfortunate experience at Saje and were unable to check on our loved one for 6 weeks (due to COVID restrictions) to comprehend the level of neglect he had faced. Absolutely disgusted with this place. after hearing from multiple nurses and having a feeling that my grandfather was not taken care of we took him out of the home only to find out that our fears were true. His back was covered in bed sores in my opinion from not being moved, not to mention the amount of pain he was in from being bed ridden. His heart is failing and was in the home for 24/7 care to assist him but it seems as if the nurses never came to him when he called. We've taken him out of this disgrace of a care home... read more
