I felt upset. Hygienist kept how bad I took care of my teeth.
I was so disappointed in what was a horrible experience.
I went in for cleaning but they did nothing. Someone already decided that they wanted $267 more for a deep cleaning that my insurance won’t cover. They also failed to call me for a reschedule in November. I was really ill and I called to cancel and asked them to reschedule me. They didn’t want me running a temp. Never called. I’ve been a patient since 1972 Worst patient care in 50 years.
