Dr. Salin has my upmost respect, and I have been a satisfied patient since the days of Dr McCracken. Yesterday's session in the chair was difficult. Dr. Had to put more pressure than usual against my jaw and teeth. I felt exhausted after the appointment. The assistant said I would have some pain in my jaw and she was right. To be honest my dental hygienist was great!...but it was out of the blue that i asked if i could have my cavities done and they said yes....the dentist and his assistant were great at first and then...i started to feel werid they left me to "let the anesthesia set in" too long. They came back and i told them i think i need more anesthesia because i could still feel the area like when your limb is waking back up and the assistant did seem concerned at first but the Dr. Said not its fine just the sensation....well they started... read more
Very nice experience noproblems
The water and suction did not work while I was there for my cleaning. As a result, I could not get the polish done on my teeth. The hygienist was friendly and tried to do the best job she could despite not have everything she needed to clean my teeth. This is not usually a problem at this office.
The Dr. Should know and understand to give proper pain management after a major procedure. Sending someone home with ibuprofen knowing how much pain they are going to be in,is rediculous! Also, a patient should have proper knowledge of what to expect after a procedure.
My experience was fine. I got right in. I had an appointment at the same time as my 4 year old son. He l, on the other hand , had to wait over an hour (through my appointment) to be seen. That's a long time and a lot of patience for a four year old.
Even though I was a couple of minutes late (due to traffic), I was greeted kindly. Glenna, my favorite teeth cleaning buddy, did a wonderful job, as always. She always makes me feel at ease and always welcomes with a smile. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Thank you.
Wasn't very pleased with the visit or the outcome of following visit.
This happens almost everytime Im at the dentist. The receptionist always have an attitude. They always make me feel real uncomformtable as far as the rest of the staff everyone seems genuine and polite.
